ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We typically ship Monday-Friday and process orders within 4-6 business days (except holidays and weekends). Occasionally, and especially during sales, order processing can take longer.
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME & PRICING
Standard delivery for USA is free, 3-6 business days (deliveries may take longer during sales and holiday season)
Delivery for countries outside the USA is 15-21 business days.
Domestic and foreign orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas.

Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order.
We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
Transit time can take between 1-5 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.


PROMOTIONS
Our promotional items have a processing and shipping fee of $15.95 for up to two items.
For every additional promotional item that you would add to your order, the fee is $7.00.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. 
International orders can take anywhere from 5-15 business days (depending on the destination)

If you attempt to track your package within 48 hours after it is ordered and there is no information available about your package, this is because the carrier has not scanned your package yet. When the package is scanned you will be able see the tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package. If you still do not see tracking information please email us at info@lindastars.com.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Items from your order may be delivered separately. This is because we can ship from several locations, which basically means you don´t have to wait until we have gathered your entire order.

We ship international orders from one of our international warehouses in Melbourne, Shanghai or Yiwu.
International shipments usually arrive in 16-20 days, but may experience delayed delivery due to unexpected events, such as a customs delay, high order volume etc.
We ask for your understanding in such circumstances.

HOW DO WE SHIP
Parcel - Your shipment will arrive via USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery.
If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available at info@lindastars.com

PARTIAL DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.
Common reasons for dividing an order are:

  • Item availability.
  • Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
  • Shipping direct from the vendor.

Please note: when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. We simply divide the shipping cost provided at checkout across the multiple shipments when your order is charged.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES 
We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer, or changes of address after the order was placed. 
We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum.
If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us within 30 days of dispatch.
If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will be unable to investigate further and no refund or replacement will be offered.
